Koons Ford Koon's Ford Baltimore Security Blvd Dishonest, Fradulent with Ally Financial Inc. Harrassing Phone calls. Threats. Baltimore Maryland

This dishonest dealer did Cruel and Illegal things to my Cousin who I have authorization and Power of Attorney in the matter being presented. She is a 68 yr old single woman with Diabetes and is uneduacated. She is also a large framed person. As a repeat customer of this crooked dealer, she received in the mail a letter inviting her to return for her automotive needs. Being that she recently got released from her over 20 year job with a bakery and a second job with a pizza shop, she found herself unable to meet her monthly bills and needed a cheaper vehicle payment. Her current vehicle, a 2012 Ford Escape cost too much for to afford and she asked them to take it on a trade.Of corse she was very upside down on her loan because thats what these dealers do, they couldn't take the  vehicle on trade. They suggested she buy a cheaper used car from them and advised her to call Ford Motor Credit and have them come get her current vehicle like they would gracefully. Yea right- we are talking Repo. They never advised her it would be a Reposession. So here is a loyal returning customer with diabetes they held hostage with BS for six hours. Then forced her to sign papers she obviously didn't understand all to buy a car she could not fit into and operate safely.So here she is, 6PM on a Saturday night with keys to another car she cannot afford or operate. Koons Ford of Baltimore sent out a FRAUDULENT financial statement on her behalf to "Lenders"  and of corse, one of their Dishonest Business Partners, Ally Financial, took the bait. 

Being layed off from both jobs and over $300. in the red each month, she couldn't LEGALLY qualify to buy anything. Notice I said legally. Ally Financial approved the loan and wouldn't deny it's Final Approval even after numerous calls and faxes stating her True and Accurate financial situation. They replyed, "Too Bad -She Signed the Papers". Koons then rushed the title work thru to get the car in HER name just to make the hole they dug for her even deeper. 

Now to put a cherry on top this sundae, they never had insurance put on this "New Ride" which put her in a bad spot with the MVA here in MD. The vehicle sat at Koons Ford from the sale date of  7/19/2014 until 8/26/2014 when we picked up the car under duress. They threatened to charge her storage if she didn't remove it from their property. She has been so upset and emotionally ill because of how they, Koons Ford of Baltimore treated her, a loyal repeat customer. Maybe ISIS can go visit them a teach them a lesson about Respect. Someone should.Stay away from all Koons Dealers. Birds of a feather DO flock together.
