I have received a full refund from the learning annex. it took six months and coutless letters to my state's attorney general, new york state attorney general, the ceo of american express. but i truly believe the letter to my state's attorney general did the trick. the office of the ag of california answered my complaint within two weeks. they told me they would be contacting the learning annex as to my complaint.
