Mediacom cable in Lake Co. sucks eggs.  The cable repeats the channels to make you think you have a lot of channels, and you don't get any of the channels they tell you, you get.  The internet never stays connected for more than ten minutes.  I don't know how they stay in business with the service reps who don't have an answer for anything and then put you on hold until you hang up (45min later).  The service stinks, the customer care stinks, and the company need to be totally revamped.
