ordered they told me it included some sample supplements, I told them at least twice I DO NOT
want supplements automatically sent to me, she won't take them!!! I was assured they would not be sent unless I called to request them. Of course, I soon received the first box of supplements
in the mail, I marked the box "return to sender" without opening it and called to make sure it didn't continue and I got a refund, I was assured both would happen. Neither did, I got them again
the next month. Same drill, marked return to sender and called.
This went on for 3 months, every time I called after the 1st. call I was told they could not reverse
the charges because I got the supplements I argued and argued that I did not request them, did
not open them and I wanted a refund they refused and would not let me talk to a supervisor.
I then called my bank and reported the charges as fraudulent because I had NEVER requested
the supplements and they wouldn't stop sending and charging for them. Don't know what happened but I now see today my bank reversed the credit for those charges, I will be calling them soon to complain also!
And just as a side note, my daughter would not even listen to the CD's so the whole thing was a big waste of time and money!!!!!!!!
