Midwest Center I was told I would get my money back if I wasn't happy but today was told I would not get my money back and that I had to pay to return the cd's. Van Nuys California

 I called the Midwest Center on June 5th to ask about getting help for stress. They told me that they could help me and would send me some cd's to watch and if I wasn't happy with it I could return it and get my shipping and handling returned. I received the cd's on June 20th and decided I didn't want the program so when I called to ask how to return the cd's they kept trying to encourage me to keep them during the full trial period. I flat out refused and had to get a bit nasty to find out how I sent them back. The lady then informed me I would not get my $14.95 back for shipping and handling and that I also would have to pay for the return postage. I told her I was going to their site to give them a bad review and hung up on her. When I looked up their site I seen several posts that they were scammers. Someone had wrote that they had been charged for several things on their credit cards that they never approved so then I had to call my bank and cancel out my card that was used to get the cd's. This is a total ripoff and they are liars and it was very inconvienant to have to cancel my debit card. I hope something gets done about this because no one should have to deal with this stuff. I even left a message with the radio staion site that my husband heard the advertisement on letting them know it was a scam.
