Mobile Boost Gerri LaGrange friend who is with the Same company being lied to at this time as I was same thing Wendy Cox so there are two of us who need advise as to what to do. Never put a Tower in My Area almost 5 years paid up front for this time I was turned off without my account of letting them do that. Eustis, Florida

I myself had been a Mobile boost customer with a Great reputation of being paid ontime for almost 5 years. I paid on time the 50.00 dollar fee for this amount of time. I live in a Rual area and each week I would call and ask these people to fix my phone I am not getting Phone calls, Text, Or any other think phone use never worked in the 32736 area all this time. I waited and waited for help after being told they would fix this problem being the person I am faithful to my service due to the amount that I was paying for unlimited use I was lied to each and every single time I called. When I called for Credit due to Never getting use on my phone unless I drove 10 miles from my home and that was even hard to do. I paid a total of around 3 thousand dollars due to the belief that this and every problem would be fixed each and every single time I called I was on a taped phone line. I was with the provider who sold me the Mobile boost phone I had at the time of being told finally they were not going to put up a tower not ever and Of course this man is shocked he sold Mobile Boost Phones and I purchased several from him. He was shocked to hear all the lies that were told to me. I was turned off from my service at that time and told they would send me a new phone and see if this phone they sent me would work of course I waited the Month for this phone it never came so I went to the Same store to only find out that there not putting a Tower up and Never had one but I was lead to believe they had a Great service and I would not have to ever worry I would have a phone. I was then Turned off without my stating for them to do so after I was paid up once again with Mobile Boost. I believed in this company. Now I have a Friend who I told about this company who has a Mobile Boost phone and Now she is being told that she Too will have a Tower put up in 48 hours now I told her this will not happen so remember I told you so. She is beside herself with this company as I am as she too has been with this company 4 years and she too lives about one mile from me and she too is going through the Same lies as I did.. I am due money for this company turning off my phone after being paid.. I have been hung up on several times so far and Told they will give me nothing even though I was so faithful and My Bank account can prove all of this. I never ever Paid these people cash. I was a Lawyer SO bad as I am due all My Money back as My Friend who is now being Lied to as much as I was.. Its sad tha a Company can lie and hang up on you as Much as I was and Not get your money back because of the lies and turning off my phone when it was paid up.. Its time to do something about this and it is Going to be Me and My Best Friend who is now going through the same things I went through with my phone. We are both beside ourself. I had to go to a More expensive company kept the same phone number as I had before 352-551-9498 there are So many complaints in my name they told me that they had put me down as someone who wants Credit it was so hurtful I cried for days. I am not that kind of lady and have never been that kind of lady. I was right to call for credit due to none service.. I was hung up on 5 times yesterday its time I do something to get all My money back from a Company who would Lie to you and are Now doing the same thing as I am. I still have My New phone I purchased not even a Year ago that is worthless. iF U CALL ME at 352-551-9498 I know we can fix this problem and I can get my money back for there never ever was a Tower here in this area when I was never told this. I feel so Sorry for My Friend Wendy Cox for wha she Herself is Now Going through. Problem so reporting a issue with this company will only lead you to this page here I am writing on to let you know DO NOT GET A MOBILE BOOST PHONE it is not a GOOD service there Phones Break in a Month or up to three months there company has NO towers.. So do NOT use this Company. Its got a Horrible Reputation. I have many friends still with this Horrible Company that doesnt help you and they do not refund so know that too..
They will rip you off in time. Just give it a Moment do NOT go to there company to get a Phone go to another company that is better even if You have to sign a Contract your better off due to the Horrible issues with Mobile Boost.. Horrible Customer service ext... If you go with Boost Your doing the Wrong thing.. Period.. I will not add anymore on this issue but know its a Company who doesnt care about U as a Customer..
They will rip you off in time. Just give it a Moment do NOT go to there company to get a Phone go to another company that is better even if You have to sign a Contract your better off due to the Horrible issues with Mobile Boost.. Horrible Customer service ext... If you go with Boost Your doing the Wrong thing.. Period.. I will not add anymore on this issue but know its a Company who doesnt care about U as a Customer..
