I contacted NFCU, which I have been a member of for about 3yrs concerning unauthorized charges on my account. After filing a fraud claim and several days of no communication from Navy Federal. I decided to call and check the status of my dispute. I found out that my claim had been denied and i should receive a letter in the mail as to why. I spoke directly to the claims specialist who treated me as though I was a criminal on trail, after a few rude remarks from the fraud specialist and her unwillingness to give me her supervisors information I ended the call and called back to be directly connected with her supervisor who I spoke with for over an hour at this point (16 days later) there still has been no resolve in my case. So I filed a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau and now I am waiting for a response
