Navy Federal refuse to help me after they report a 30 days late fee. on my credit report i wasnt able to buy my house. they report 30 days late on a credit card i never activate it and never use. on a credit card that i told them to close. and yet the report balance of 12$ dollars made my fico score drop 100points and that devasted it us we had already start a house search and was turn down becasue of this my dissapointment is beyond mad
