I have a very complicated case, and could not write evno way out but to keep paying. erything, because it is way too big. I read most problems on ripoff and it was amazing what people complain about the truth about ripoffs. There are no big ripoffs like what I have. I can write a book about this ripoff by this Bank for a long time up to today. I tried everything according to the law to work with the bank first, and so forth but no luck. I went all the way seeking help to the highest offices of the government ( senator of Colorado ) there was no luck. What shall I do ??? This is a very serious matter that I deal with it everyday for 14 years, and still on going with no where to turn so I could breath and move on with my life. I have all the documents etc to prove to somebody. Yesterday, I was thinking I will call every courthouse in every state to see if I could talk to a judge. I have no fear of going face to face with a Federal Judge anywhere to show to him what happened with this bank to investigate the bank about my case. What I have experienced about the Government Agencies is that they don't do a darned thing to help the good and hard working people and the people who pay taxes. They are worthless, and sit in their office pretendting they do their job.
We have two auto loans with Navy Federal Credit Union. They have duplicated , changed and combined accounts and duplicated collections. So we have been paying on these vehicles for 14 years and will be for at least two more. When we tried to question this we were threatened with repossession of the vehicles, seizure of our home and destruction of our credit ratings. We are stuck with two aging cars, rising maintenance costs and We have two or three file boxes of documents to prove our case.

What a wonderful day today in the State of Colorado. It's a little preeze day, and the sun comes out at 8:00am. My husband just came home from work I went outside with my cup of coffee to greet him as my early morning appreciation of him working so hard for living, and the best husband in the world.
This morning I woke up ar 4:am read my prayer book, and just thank you to my living god for all the blessing, loving, and justaining my life and my husband to today.
I found a mistry piece of paper which leading me to believe my case vs Navy Federal is over. What they have done to us was so,so horable in over 15 years. I sure thank God that I did not give up to find Navy federal fraud to take my hard earning. Navy Feeral has no idea for what they have done to ruin our lives for so many years.
Previously, Navy Federal think they could burried their frauds, lies, threats, and so many things forever. I am not a banker, but I will let Navy Federal know they stonewall me, and they never co-operate with me because they thnk they are smarter than me. If they frauded on other people, and get away with murder? this time they are not getting away with anything what ever they try to cover up.
Navy Federal play like a fool, and they can fool others, but they cannot fool me. I just could not believe what Navy Federal did to us in several years. They really think that I am so stupid, and crazy. I am crazy enough to find their frauds on me and my husband. Navy Federal is a Bank of fraud, and not a bank for our soldiers or others. They rip of our soldiers, and think they could get away with it. I feel so sorry for most of our customers who has the same problems as us with Navy Federal Credit Union. I just love to see all mortgages who held my mortgage in 14 years to go to HELL. They are very abusive, lie, frauds, and so forth. They all ripoff homeowners, and they think they live above the law. My advice to homeowners, stand up for your right, don't be afraid of these sharks, preserve all documents, and always tell the truth. Don't give up so easily, and fight back with the truth to protect yourself. Review all documents about your mortgage, bank's loans, etc. Make extra copies, and keep in a safe place. Don't be afraid for anything. I am a fighter, and I know what happened in several years to today, by saving all documents was my saviour. I just hope you will do the same thing just to protect yourself from frauds.
I just want to share my common sense experience with you all. It's frauds everywhere, and this is how most business earn their money by frauds and especially most hard working Americans. God bless you all, and take care yourself, and LOVE ones. God Bless with LOVE LG.

I am still keep going with Navy Federal ( THE BIGGEST SHARK) who eats my hard earning for years and years. I have not given up yet. I will fight till my hair falls off. I am just sick and tire of round and round with Navy federal fraud, and they stonewall my lawyer and their lies. Today, I was so pist when my lawyer sent me a 3 pieces of SH paper. It means s***. Today I turn in my case to FBI. I did email them to see if they could help me. Because I feel my case has to be with the authorities. I know to the best of my knowledge that I have the facts, and always tell the truth. I believe my case is going to open up a can of worms if someone out their willing to take it. If there is nobody in the government to take responsibilities about their own rules and laws who am I and who care about you and I who suffer from Navy federal. I just tell I am not going to take this rubbish from Navy Federal. I believe I have a very good case that I can stand up and fight with it till I find or see the truth. They don't have anything to stand with, because I have everything in writing with their Logo on it. Last week I shiped all documents to Dora( state of Colorado for help ), and they said that Federal matter. I just got tire, and my Lawyer still working on my case. I wanted to end this problems fraud with Navy Federal so I could move on with my life and also to get all my hard earning they took for several years to today. Not only that they are not aware of my identy reporting lies on my credit. Something we never own which they lie and we pay for it for several years. I have no fear, because I have a complete documents, but Navy Federal don't. They properly running around looking to fabricate things. You can't do that because I have all record. They restricted me in 14 years not to view my loans on the web. Thank God that I did not destroy all documents which they send in several years. They never want to admit their organized trick they did to my loans. None at Navy Federal (entire) could untangle or know anything what happen to my loans, 2 vehicles and Recreational vehicle which they claim that we have. It's so awful they have no mercy for me at all for what they did. At lease they could stop and correct the mistakes, and everything is going to be fine. They created this mess with my loans and my two vehicles. Here I am looking to pay a lawyer to fight with the mess which I did not do. This is so unfair, the crimminal will have a free puplic defend lawyer to protect themself, and here I am as a tax payer have to pay a lawyer. What kind of law is that? it is so disgusting. Navy Federal think they will get away with their trick. I have a common sense to learn about your trick, and that why Navy Federal earn billions of dollar from that trick by ripoff your customer (me), and others especially our soldiers. My husband serve his country for 24 years, and he was with Navy Federal since 1990. Don't get me wrong Navy Federal was a very Good bank at the time, and now it is so horrible. How could a Federal bank ( Navy Federal ) did this horrible things to their customers. I always tell the truth, and I have the facts about my case. I will never give up.

Navy Federal stonewall my Lawyer. This is a very large bank, and they can afford to buy their own judges, and their own lawyers or what ever. There is nobody to take responsibilities for their customers, and they will stonewall me and my lawyer, and wish for us to go away. How they could wish for me to go away, because I still have my both vehicles at home for 14 years which they financed, and still collect money on them. Still round and round with Navy Federal, and today my Lawyer called he has 50 to hundred pages from Navy Federal. He is sending these documents today for us to review. I willl tell you Navy Federal will stone wall their customers till they give up and go away. Also they think as an individual there is no way to keep up with them, because we could not afford to pay a lawyer. I read all the complains from Consumer Affair.com, Debt Relief and Credit Guides-Phone #1-800-939-8357, and so forth. All these Navy Federal customers including us, got a severe suffering, and were stonewalled eeking explanation and they don't care. At Navy Federal all they care about is to collect their money nothing else. Navy Federal is the Largest Bank, and there is nobody to take responsibilities to looking into what Navy Federal does to their customers. They earn Billions of dollars, they could care less about individuals like us. They have a pattern already set up to screw people, and when customers complaint they know how to manipilate them by very sweet talk try to solve problems, and make themselves look very innocent. Navy Federal could afford to buy their own judges to protect themselves. They very highly regarded by others such as regulatory agencies, and they can altogether twist the lies to appear innocent. After I will review their document I will be looking in to go Public. I will put together all my documents, and see who is the best media outlet to go to. I already spent money paying my lawyer, and he already worked so hard on my case. I appreciated him, but I have to move on to something else, and will never give up on Navy Federal till I find the truth. I am not running away from my responsibilities to pay them for the money that we borrowed etc, but deal honestly, and fair as a business especially this is all about our hard earning, and held us for several years like prisoners. we suffered so severely.
Dealing with Navy Federal is very difficult, and I am not giving up till I am face to face with their President to look at my both vehicles that Navy Federal owned for 14 years, and they are both dead meat at home, and nobody from Navy Federal cares to correct their mistakes. How they report all their lies to NFCU every year when they collect money from us in a wrong way and abusive, rude and dishonest way. I really want to take a second step with some advice from somebody so I could start talking to the media. Please, this is very new to us to expose my story to the media, because we are not a trouble couple. We always tell the truth, and we are hard working people. I would like to expose the truth so all who suffer from Navy Federal can stand up for their right, and for themselves. I am preparing all my information, and documents just for the media. I am asking here for a direction what to do first. I still have to ask my Lawyer to release all my document back to me. It was a waste of my time and money to deal with Navy Federal, and try to move foward with my life and my family. I almost paid all my bills, and don't want to deal with any sharks out there I will pay cash everything and will never deal with any banks. They screwed up my life, and take my life away withy my hard earning. I don't need this treatment from Navy Federal, and I don't deserve it, because I work hard in a trusted job, and not like they are. I did follow all the rules and laws, and I see that I never get ahead. I have to continue pursuing the truth from Navy Federal in their own words face to face.
Today, there is nobody cares about anything.The Government is broken, and lots of illigal things are going on and nobody cares. They sell America out everywhere. They have the power, and when they lie and are dishonest they covered it alive,up. But when you and I as individuals make a mitake they will accuse us , and imprison us with no explanation. I am not a taker I am a tax payer. I need help to straight the truth out. The people, and orgnization they do business in an dishonest way should be held accountable for lies. There is nobody here in our Country to take care our own people they really screw America up. There is no trust or honest in anything at all. It all about their power over people. You and I we do too much talking we have to stand up and fight for our right. We can let this Navy Federal control and over power us. Why do I have to bury my right if I know I am having my right to fight for it. If I know I am wrong, and run away from responsibilities to pay my bills you tell me why should I waste to pay a lawyer, and to waste my time fighting. I am not giving up with Navy Federal I want their story traight, and WHY.
I am so proud of myelf, becaue I did follow everything about the law and went to the athorities, and I think it is good enough and did my best. I am still thinking about Dr, Phil, but I am waiting for the document from my lawyer just to know what Navy answered to my lawyer. We think he's given up because of the stonewalling. We have a problems for number of years to today with Navy Federal Credit
Union,P.O Box 3000 Merrifield VA. 22119-3000. We could not do it
our-self alone to entangle the messed happened to our loans in General.
It is very complicated to explained by phone etc. Its requires a lot to
ex-plaint. I filed a complaint with Consumer Financial
Protection Bureau. I disputed Navy Federal Credit Union,
because I know there was something was not right, and it needed to be
corrected. I could not stop seeking help elsewhere , but no luck. I need
your help plus my help to solve our problems, it was caused us
financially burden very badly, and it still on going from year 2001,
2002 until 2017. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau did the
investigation, and said they closed my case ( case # 140304 - 001142 ).
I knew they could not give legal advised to each party, but I have
choices to have a legal advice from a lawyer or others. How could I
seek help from somebody if I don't have the result of their
investigation to know what responded from the other party. I really
think I should have the right to know what Navy Federal Credit Union
responded to my complaint, because I was the one who file the complaint
and also disputed, and they should get back to me with the result. I
have stagged of papers get close to 100 - 200 papers for my supporting
documents to support my case, and should have Navy Federal Credit
Union did not have much, and how somebody tell me they close my case and
nothing found in their investigation so don't we think my 100 pieces of
paper tells you something?.
I Luisa think they may not do the
investigation at all, may be may be not who knows. I would like to
reopen my case so we can sit with somebody from your department to
really see what was going on or what ever need to get done.We really one
to solve our problems so we get over with, and move forward, because
Navy Federal still collecting payments and its burdens us everywhere we
go until when. I was thinking to seek advice from somewhere, but there
will be somebody will not know what really going on only the NCUA , and
Navy Federal Credit Union will know, because all the in formations and
our records kept in their computers. I have all my supporting documents
to provide to your department so you can see, and know what was going
on. I won't wasted my time trying to argue with my complained if I know
it is not true, but because I am a tax payer, work hard for my money and
I could not give up fighting to get the truth. Please, whatever your
department wants to do, but I need somebody to look in to see if there
is something to look in to my case and try to solve it. I called
NCUA Consumer Financial Protection, and this person seemed not
interested to take my call, but kept pushing me to go back and call the
Consumer Financial who took my complaint. I gave up and called NCUA
Region 1V- AUSTIN, and gave my case # to somebody for help.

I am not giving up yet, because I am not going to give no mercy to Navy Federal if God will help me to solve my Problems soon. I was suffering for several years, and today there is a bright light light that I will be able to see and kept going with faith. My FAITH, and hard working there will be a result. I really think on a bad side, it was a test for me to be patient, honest, faith with the whole pacgage of life to walk through in a bad time and a good times. to all RIP OFF customers try to look in to your case, and be strong and deal with it and try to work to find out what happen and you can do it. If you know genuinly that you have a case with a SHARK, look in to it, and do something, and don't give up. This is a learning process for me to con't with life, and no giving up no matter what. I got the duplicate copies for my both vehicles, and there was no lien holder in that 14 years.I cried so loud on the parking lot. I just could not believe about Navy Federal. Navy Federal is not going to release the titles for my both vehicles until 2017 as the pay off date. They claimed that we have a Recreation vehicle which we don't have. They put my both vehicles as a security for the recreation vehicle. It was so tangled very badly badly. On 2007, my husband had an accident, and his vehicle was total. We went to the car dealer to see if we could trade or sell my both vehicles to get a new one to replace his vehicle. It was so sad when they look in on their computer, they said we still owe them $42,000, and they are not going to release the tittles till both vehicles pay off. If we bought my both vehicle on 2001 and 2002 it should be already paid of at that time, and we be able to trade it in, but anyway it did not happen. It is a long, long story, and it was affected us, our kids and our family, and also financially. I have been fighting in that 14 years, and never file bankrupcy. Thank God that we have the income to help pluging along with Navy Federal. My marriage could fall aparts, and so many bad things happen. Like what I previously mentioned I am I fighter. We have been married for 22 years. Every morning in that 14 years I woke up early every day and pray. We could not live without God. He was my driver, and my Protector. It is very real our problems, and we are a survivor. Some people could fall apart in one day, but not us.

Navy Federal did not allow us to view our account detail on line for 14 years. We were groping in the dark to try to figure out what was going on with our account. Navy Federal kept all our information on their own and never allowed us to see it. The proof we still have our both vehicles, the everage people trade their vehicle after 7 years. We have had ours twice the everage. Navy still kept the tittles on our both vehicles, and still have $20,000 to pay off, and they will release the tittles on 2017.We don't know for sure how much we owe. We don't know Navy Federal have the tittle or not. We have their threats letters about threats to repo our both vehicles so many times threats our jobs, call family to pay our bills. We did not just buy our both vehicles on 2008. One time that I recall I call Navy Federl, and would like to talk to the President of the Navy, and one of their counselor call their Supervisor to help. Navy Federal really think that I am so stubid. I am not a business woman, but I have common sense today there is no commom sense at all. Navy Federal advised me that I could sell or trade my vehicles anytime. How the both vehicles are under water, and it will get worse if I trade or sell both vehicles on 2008 #1 Navy Federal still have the tittle for each, and #2 we still have $42,000 and told the Car dealer we have to pay off both vehicles before the will release the tittles. Very, sad, and also very embarrissing. We left with tears that day, I cry and always said to myself, I don't deserve this treatment from Navy Federal I earned a good living, and I should be driving in a Lexis or a fancy car. Here we are making a very good income , and we still driving in an old, old vehicles for 14 years. Properly if we trade or sell our both vehicles today it will be worth a $1.00 each. Reply to #4 Consumer Comment : Thanks for your comment, and the proof about 14 years Navy Federal still have the tittles for my both vehicles. Also they are not going to release the tittles until 2017. They still claimed that we still have a $20,000 for a pay off. My both vehicles still at home, and still paying full cover insurance on both since we bought them to today. I really think I have a rare case, and nobody will understand it, and that why it doesn't make sense. There is a lots of explanations. I am the only one that I know what was going on. I did try everything about Navy Federal Credit Union. This is a continuing Fleeced in Falcon. I have a Lawyer, and I still waiting to see from there for a result. I did follow the Goverment rules, and Law and I am very sick of it. If Navy Federal could not solve my Problems with then I will be ready to go to the Media or anything else. #5 Consumer Comment : Thanks for your comment, would like to introduce myself. We are a hard working couple, and tax payer. We are a very genuine people, and we are not perfect. If I am not telling the full story, there are so many reasons. There are so many papers to show proof, and in that 14 years Navy Federal never allow us to look at our record of payments etc. Our first time to see a partial of our payments on 2015. Thanks for your advice, to find a legal advice. I did work with Consumer Financial Protection, and they close my case after 60 days. They properly buddy with Navy Federal, and could not find a wrong doing. I was thinking what did they do in that 60 days in their investigation. It was a long time, and there was no result. My Husband and I make a very good income, but Navy Federal took all my hard earnings. We were plugging along in a long time with Navy Federal, because we want to live. Navy Federal threat hundred times the Rep, and if did happen we could be homeless or worse. We have a very good life, and good marriage. My Husband and I work together with our problems with Navy Federal just to survive.

That's why my case is very complicated, because it was not only the Navy Federal Credit Union branch from Merrifield that was collecting my payments for my loans, but also the Navy Federal Credit Union office in Vienna collected payments on the same loan account numbers. Both Navy Federal Credit Unions were collected my Visa same account numbers. I have proof for what they did.
I thought Navy Federal in Vienna is managing the loans only and Merrifield is collecting payments, because we have been dealing with Navy Federal in Merrifield for the 14 years, and all of a sudden Navy federal in Vienna was involved. I suspect some of our statement came from Navy Federal in Vienna. The envelope, and the statement had no Logo on them, but I know every Navy Federal Credit Union mailing we got from Merrifield had the Logo. Also they did the same thing (double billing) to my visa. I have proof of it. The President of the Navy Federal Credit Union and all their workers know nothing about what happened to our loans.
I know none of them can give me any correct informations. They have nothing to show in court if I will end up with them in court. All they know is to collect my payments, because of their GREED, and they never stop to correct them. They should have fixed the mistake when we kept asking what's wrong with our loans when it was still small and easy to correct. Now it is so complicated and it will be very hard to untangle. In this 14 years they never allowed us to view our loans or anything else on my computer due to insufficient funds. I did not buy a Lexus or Mercedes to start with. One vehicle was only $16,000 I bought it as a gift for myself for graduating from medical school.
I bought the other vehicle as a SUV for snow. Navy Federal combined both vehicles and labeled it as a Home improvement loan, and personal expenses. Everything was mixed up together, and there was nothing on the Promissory Note about my two vehicles. So my vehicles wasere labeled as a Home improvement, and personal expense loans. You tell me how could I solve this problems myself with these sharks, and who am I as an individual ? This is American Greed, and it's all about Money ! Money ! Money ! No help no Love No care but H***. This is just the summary. There is a lots more, more........................

Did file complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and provided 100 - 200 documents, and Navy Federal credit Union did not have anything much to show, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau closed it without any conclusion or action taken. Did write letter to NCUA no help, complaint to FTC no luck. Called and tried to talk to Consumer Assistant for Navy Federal Credit Union this person kept pushing me to go back to Consumer Financial Protection which they aready did the investigation and closed my case. Did fax paper to the General Attorney office in Colorado, but not much. Who else out there to help me if I already did to the highest regulatory agency. Nobody in the regulatory agencies cares. There are more regulatory agencies that aren't mention here. It is very sad, we understand we have to follow the law. Sometimes when we tried to do the right thing is not going to help, because the system is no good. The Government is more concerned with growing in size , and power.

You are not telling the full story...

Your story is not that complicated...if you are being totally upfront.
First, all you need to do is show your original contract and then your history of payments showing you made every payment ON-TIME and for the full amount. If you have that and met the terms of the loan, they have zero claim on your cars. It does not matter what they threaten you with. Even a decent attorney would be able to get it cleared up in a very short time. Don't want to pay for an attorney then there are several "legal aid" societies you could take a look at who would give you free or reduced rate help. In the amount of time you are spending calling every judge in the state, you could even spend a fraction of that time and find out how to file a suit yourself.
If you have filed suit and apparently no one wants to "help" you. That could mean one of a couple of things. One...that the entire world is out to get you and no matter what you do the big evil bank will keep you down with the help of the courts. Or two...you really have no case and your claims are baseless.....I think I would put my money on the second option.
Your proof of payments and contract isn't 2 or 3 file boxes. This is a couple of folders...
So what does that mean. It means that yes you are most likely leaving some very key bits of information out. Most likely bits that don't make you look so good. Such as you probably don't have a perfect payment history. You may even have a reposession or two. They may have even come up with payment arrangements to try and help you out, and I would not be surprised if you didn't live up to those either.
Of course if you are still going to be convinced that there is some evil conspiracy...why not go to the media? They love stories like this.
