I am writing on behalf of my mother who received a very threating letter today that stated she owe over $10,000.00 for a Chase Providian credit card she had never had. I am just warnning all those out there that have gotten a letter like this. Please contact your Attorney General in your residing state. I also plan on contacting her local news so they can get the word out that this is a SCRAM!!!

Please get the word out to all friends and family that if they receive a letter from NCO to be very careful and not to give them anymore information. They already have peoples SS#'s. Also check your credit reports. www.annualcreditreport.com

I plan on doing what ever it takes to stop this company before they target anyone else.
