back in december dishnetwork charged my card with out my permission. i contacted the people immediately, and was told to wait till charges when through all the way, did that and was told to dispute and then wait called to check and was told to wait then once the proper day came was then told i was to send a written note to and that it was pass the date i needed to send i disputed this and once again told to wait after a few more was told to wait. so 2 months later after 3hr phone call if i re submit things i had all ready sent i would get my credit back, but no they up held them to take money off card without my permission.

no cacellation, just because someone owes money doesn't give them right to just walk in my house and start taking stuff, and you call the security you are paying for they do nothing and let the theives take your belongings not right at all

 The ONLY reason Dish would have removed money from your account is if you CANCELLED your services and still owed a ETF. Or Early Termination Fee. This was spelled out to you in the original CONTRACT that you signed. In that contract you also gave them EXPRESS PERMISSION to take from the card you have on file whatever monies you owed them. Netspend more then likely DID an investigation and found that Dishs claim on that money WAS valid as it was the price of cancelling your services. Netspend DID NOT scam you. You have scammed yourself by not reading your contract. I know it sucks but both parties have done what they are supposed to do LEGALLY. You are a victim of your own choices.
