 First A Scammer steals $3,000.00 from my account around Christmas they claim to investigate but doesn't pay the pay the money Back,  in April Amazon.com online purchases activated the anytime alert to my phone, someone else is using the debit card account, I stopped the card but again the funds were not returned.

 In June of 2018 and addition balance of $5,000.00 more dollars was stolen leaving me with $4.50 in Wallgreen when my card bounced from a grocery transactions. The Same Day that I Deposited $1,500.00 the card had a balance of $4.95 by the time I went to store, the same Day.  And My Savings from 6 previous deposits were gone as well.

 First They Told me They were going to issue Temporary Funds to my account (Lie #1)

Then 7 to 10 Business Days Turns into 120 Days of them saying they don't see anything wrong. They itemized report Shows May someone making $10,000.00 Signature Purchases online. With no pin pin number what so ever.

 They closed the case, without ever giving me final decision written letter, I never got any of my money in the first place. 

they Over Talk me saying they issued the funds to a scammer anyway against my account. And Second Blow off call back about how it's nothing more they could do about it.

even though I called everyday  since June 5, my call weren't returned until August, ..may, june, July ,aug, it's almost the first week of September the entire Spring and Summer is over. And They just called back saying the 120 day period expired after I called every song day for Three months.

 One representative told me to write them a letter, I kind as well be handing a ransom to the Teller. for that matter.

 Its more then proven it wasn't me who made these transactions simply. They still claimed they didn't see anything wrong with giving all my money to some total stranger completely. How you lost your claim, and the dispute analyst team, and frankly I got a machine 80% of the time. It takes 2 months to get a real person, one day they had me on hold 48hrs waiting for a supervisor.
