NetSpend stole money from my social security check in November and December of 2022 I have to claim numbers and amounts and I was supposed to have the money by today I have not received nothing please help me I'm a senior citizen. When I call they hang up on me or they say that they're not going to pay it's over $1,000 would they owe me
