Ocwen Loan Servicing ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing West Palm Beach Florida

Ocwen Loan Servicing bought our Mortgage and from the start was sending us bills for monies we did not owe. After sending them proof of payments, they now stated we did not pay them from when they started taking over our loan. I had made payments to them for seven months, then they stopped excepting our checks and started sending them back, telling us they were calling in our loan. Ocwen wanted us to sign a paper saying we owed over 20 thousand dollars that we did not owe.

We contacted an attorney in which he stated, DO NOT SIGN. I received a call from a Scott Hollard who in turn told me if I did not sign, they would begin a forclosure. I received a letter from a Peter T. Roach who said he was representing Ocwen for monies owed. I answered his letter certified mail disputing this and never received an answer from this Attorney.

I then received a sunnons from a JP Morgan Chase Bank stating they were my Mortgage holders and were forclosing on my home. I called JP Morgan Chase bank and they did not have any record of us or our mortgage. I faxed them the summons in which they are doing research on it. I explained I was paying an Ocwen Loan Servicing Company until they stopped excepting payment and that I had no idea that JP Morgan, Chase Bank had anything to do with my mortgage. Evidently they did not know either.
I now have an Attorney to try and get this matter straightened out.

This has been a nightmare. OCWEN IS TRYING TO STEAL OUR HOME.
