Orchard Bank HSBC Charging late fees Bank Nevada California

Orchard Bank is a ripoff! I pay my bill on time and it still manages to charge a late charge. They hold your payment for several days until they post it to your account. The fees are outrageous I pay with a money order send it on time. It's not my fault it the post office doesn't deliver on time or they move so slow to post it on your account.

I pay the minimum amount due that I can actually afford because who doesn't have other bills to pay. I get charged for over the limit fees and late charges and my credit is only $300.00. When I checked my last statement it was way over to $400.00 + I am paying the credit card for not using it. All the fees I am paying them I could be using it to pay other bills.

When you call customer service they put a foreigner on and you can't understand one word they are saying, your talking in circles to customer service. Everytime that your supposidly late your interest rates gets higher and you can't afford to pay anymore. I just hope this company goes under and gets sued for being a ripoff and pay back all the comsumers that had this credit card. Do not use this credit card. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is!
