Paypal Purchased a WII System for 300.00 and did not receive And paypal only refunded 200.00 Ebay Internet

Buyers of Ebay please be careful, I purchased a Wii system at 300.00 and never received it, the person who sold it would not answer there phone or emails ,So as a buyer I assumed I was protected by Paypal. I then filed a dispute with paypal, 30 days later I received only 200.00 of my money and told this is the amount that there only liable for . I will never buy anything off of ebay again And paypal does not in my opionion protect its buyers, I never got the rest of my money. There are a lot of crooks on ebay .
