i'm a person who relies on PayPal to receive money for my medical treatment. on apr 3rd, paypal suddenly limited my account without warning and held the money i desperately need. it's been over 2 weeks now and i still can't access it. i tried explaining to them that i'm seriously sick and need this money for urgent treatment, but they keep sending the same copy-paste replies.
i sent them everything they asked for, but they’re still holding my money till july. i’ve already missed 14 days of treatment and my health is getting worse. i provided medical proof too, but they don’t care. i'm scared for my health and i feel helpless.
please help me get my funds released before it's too late. i’m just a teenager trying to survive and i need support now, not 3 months from now

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Won't give you your money

I am sorry you are dealing with this. If you are under 18 I know it says you are a teenager wasn't sure if you meant under 18 or what. But I actually opened a PayPal account when I was maybe 15 just so I could buy things off of eBay at that time. Well that apparently wasn't allowed to open a PayPal account and be under the age of 18. Never did any kind of scams or shady things with the account and money just deposited some funds at a store and they never let me use it, never sent me a check for it nothing they just kept my money. I know there are places that you can report stuff like this that are like an actual government website but I believe they shut down some of those recently but just saying if you are not 18 don't have high hopes of getting the money back. And from my experiences with PayPal if you are even over 18 I would not hold my breath thinking they would take the limit off the account just awful company to do business with.
