PeopleFinders dishonest practices and fraudulent charges Internet

i purchased a reverse phone lookup on people finders today.  The webpage gave me an option to order a phone number reverse lookup for .95 cents.  I went to the payment page and it said total .95 cents.  I was then billed an additional $3.00 on my charge card.  I called the customer service number and they said that I ordered the subscription for $3.95 which I absolutely did not.  The woman Jennifer Gacia # 36127 kept insisting that I ordered the subscription for $3.95.  I told her I in fact did not, but only ordered the .95 cent order for one phone number.  She proceeded to tell me that I was incorrect, but yet showed no proof that I in fact ordered the $3.95 subsciption.  This is deception and fraud. I think this company should be put out of business for their unethical practices.
