Ordered two Christmas Gifts - one on 11/8/2006 and one on 11/13/2006 (yes, NOVEMBER) and JUST got a backordered card 2 days ago!! (12/16) -- At their website the item I ordered said it takes 3-4 weeks so order by 12/13!!! So they were still selling these up to when they sent my postcard - for delivery by Chrismas!

Have sent 2 emails over the past 2 days - no response. Have tried calling for 2 days at all hours. JUST got through one hour ago and AM STILL ON HOLD - going on one and 1/2 hours!! Order number for 11/8 is W1480601 - Will NEVER order from here again and I have been a customer for 3 years!

Here is a follow up - waited on hold for 2 hours and 1 hour before Christmas. Both times they said someone would contact me - no one ever did. Showed up Christmas and let reicpients konw it would be late. Now I go to check up and th order has been cancelled?!?!
