In Nov, 2008, we ordered a custom built pool table from Pool Tables Direct. Like the other person reporting, we research and saw no complaints regarding the company. We have a 12 month no interest financing and have made 2 payments.

The website starting saying our table was in delivery Dec. 30th. We have called and left 3 messages and emailed. The numbers listed on the website has been ringing with a fast busy signal. I even tried the showroom in TX and it just rang with no answering system at all.

I assume they are out of business but seem unable find a way to contact them. I have tried to call the finance company but so far, the message was a longer hold time tham 5 minutes.

I cancelled the order after waiting five months. The said they would provide a full refund and have not done so to date.
