I bought the software in october 2006 after attending one of the seminars. i returned the software and was supposed to get issued a refund in a "few weeks". after a few months of the same answer they sent me the software and said i could use it for free until my refund came. the refund still didnt come and ive got the answer "a few weeks" for a year now.

finally a week ago, i was told my refund check would be at my house on october 18th and if it didnt arrive to call and it would be overnighted. when i called, i was told that that was never said and that i would recieve my refund before the year was out. today i looked up the company and saw a lot of the same complaints that i have.

I just want my refund.

I can confirm that our billing department had already finished processing this refund, and mailed it out the beginning of the week following his email to me. We apologize for any delay as it was not our intention for you to have to wait. This customer should already have it in their possession by now.
