MARY FROM PORTLAND OREGON, I TURNED I A BOATING CLAIM IN JULY 2014 NOW ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND I STILL IM WAITING. PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE TREATS THERE INSURED LIKE THERE THE CRIMINALS.
ERIN BELDING SIU INVESTIGATOR ASKED FOR PHONE RECORDS, BANKING STAMENMENTS, FINNANCIAL STAMENTS, I ASKED HER( WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH MY CLAIM? ) I MY SELF IM NOT IN FINNANCIAL TROUBLE BUT IF A PERSON WAS THEY AUTOMATLICY WOULD THINK THAT PERSON WAS GUILTY
ERIN BELDING WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, WHEN SHE CALLED THE PEOPLE ON MY PHONE RE.CORDS THEY ALL CALELD ME BACK AFTER SPEAKING WITH HER , AND SAID * WOW!!!! VERY CUDE !!
DONT GET PRISSIVE INSURANCE, YOU WILL BE SORRY, IF IF IF THEY PAY YOU WAIT MONTHS, IF YOU CALL THEM IT TAKES DAYS FOR THEM TO TURN CALLS. BUT THEY SURE MAKE SURE OUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS GET CASHED.

I had a similar situation with Progressive Insurance earlier this month. For over 10 years, I paid the monthly premiums with only one minor setback, which was easily resolved. For this latest incident, though, I'm being treated like a second class citizen. After over 10 years of loyalty to this outfit called Progressive, they have simply threatened to cancel if I don't pay. I have resolved the situation, but it's the principle of the matter. No contact from them to see what happened after all the years of paying my account well, just threatening, rude, and unprofessional letters. When I tried to call them, I could not reach a live person. It wasn't after hours, either. There was simply no option to speak to a representative. For details, see the report I just filed within the last few hours. It should be appearing on here very soon.
