I bought a head set and didn't want the replacment plan and was talked into it and told no matter what happened to it they would be REPLACED hassal free. well a few months later the mic on headset stopped working.i replaced sound card and still was not working. it was the mic for shure. i went in and did the replacment and was told for the first time that we dont actually replace it we send you a gift card so i was well that not what i was told but went with it. few days later i got card and went to get new item and they wanted me to pay more money cause the price had went upon the headset. i was never given any info to look at or inital and sighn was never told nothing but that i could throw it away and still get it REPLACED. i was lied too on many levels to get a sale and i really want to sue them. they should not be able to lie to people and talk them into things on false pretences
