Radio Shack deceptive with prepaid cell insurance. Offer a warranty for 100 bucks that already is included St Albans, Vermont

Radio Shack tries to sell a warranty that is already included with all Virgin mobile cells phones. I refused to buy their insurance and was treated like I was a fool for not taking it. I was really when cfmy cell broke. I was hoping there was something I could do about it and went to radio shack. The cell was only 3 months old and they said I should have bought their warranty and that I will have to buy a new cell.
Wrong answer, because I called VM and they have a warranty for a year on all cells. So radio shack is scamming people to buy a warranty through them that you already get with your purchase. That's slimy. I am getting my new cell in 3 to 5 days and all I have to do is mail bck my old one once I get the new one.
