Reachout Wireless is a complete ripoff.I woke up one day to see that they had a recording placed on my phone saying i was disconnected due to non payment of bill plan for unlimited minutes.
I then tried calling all the 1877 numbers just to get a recording saying enter your cell number in and wait for assistance.But after you done that the recording what ask you to do the same thing over again.So finally I gave up and faxed these people Reachout Wireless sending
them a copy of my moneygram payment and the referance numbers as well asking them why did they shut my phone service off.And that I would be reporting them to the Authorities. For illegally shutting my services off.Claiming they never received payment.I did call Money Gram and talked to the Suprivisor there and she confirmed that Reachout Wireless did receive the payment.
I think these people should be seriously Investigated and shut down.They have people that dont that cant speak english well and answer their phone in INDIA. I wouldnt recommend Reachout Wireless to a dog.Not only did they keep my money but shut off my phone as well.The Government is really making some bad choices.

I bought a samsung smart i400 phone and it works great. They sent a bad charger with it .But i called them and they sent a new one out the very same day.I dont know what your issue with them.But they treated me like a KING.

Reachout Wireless admitted they recieved the payment 11 days ago.After I told them I was filing a complaint with the BBB and The Attorney Generals Office.I am smart I kept all my receipts. Ha ha they are shysters and crooks.I did some research on them and found out they are really NEXTEL.operating under Reachout Wireless.
I learned that they based their calls to INDIA for cheap labor.Hardly none of the employees
can speak english clearly. They have terrible reviews.I am glad that lots of people all over the world are aware of these people. The Government should do better research before doing bussiness with these types of companies.I will continue to exspose these shady characters.

You are incorrect. It is NOT illegal for them to turn of your services due to lack of payment. You paid through a third party compnay and that can take a few days to go through. Its their LUXURY service. And make no mistake, a cellphone IS a LUXURY item. Its their service, their phones, and you are THEIR customer. Making a payment and having that payment applied to your account are two seperate issues. You have made a payment now you must wait to have it applied to your account. Nothing more.
I do so love when the SHEEP get upset. Its funny to watch them run around spouting their garbage and how they are going to do this thing and that thing to some company. Yet at the end of the day its ALL BLUSTER!! All you want is a cookie and your phone turned on. Then get off your rump and CALL them. You think YOU are the ONLY customer they have?? Im sure other customers are having issues and need someone to hold their hand and explain everything to them. Keep on the phone and KEEP WAITING!!!!!
If this is important enough of any issue for you to make a RoR on them, then its important enough for you to spend some of that oh so precious time and get resolved. You probably had to wait for like 5 mins and gave up. The standard LAZY consumer. "WHy should I wait!! It should all work like magic!" Well it doesnt and they really dont know that YOU have a issue until YOU inform them!! Get over yourself princess, the world doesnt revolve around you. You need to do your part to ensure your service gets turned back on. If you cant take the time to resolve YOUR own issues then do you really think you should own a phone??
"Illegaly shutting down your service" OMFG!! That was so funny I actually laughed. You are on a prepaid service, they did not recieve your payment so your device was turned off. NOTHING illegal there.
