As with Danyele (November 20) I had boxes pop up on my computer telling me I had multiple trojans and viruses, and the only way to fix this was to buy a security program.  I tried everything to exit the messages, but nothing would work.  I finally filled out their form and gave Debit Card info (big mistake on my part).  Still would not let me out of the page with popups.  After about two hours, another form appeared, slightly different from the first, asking me to repeat my information.  I did, and a download came from (I think) next age market.  It was called Cyber Security-Activation version.  Using this program, I got rid of over 42 Trojans and viruses.

On my bank checking statement, I now have three "pending" transactions:  (1)  POS DEBIT REALGOLDSOFT BAKU AJ for $99.90; (2) POS DEBIT NEXTAGEMARKET.COM RIGA LV for $79.90; and (3) POS DEBIT WWW.ZTECH-SOFT.COM RIGA LV  Interesting to note, no addresses or phone numbers or web sites THAT WORK are given for these companies. 

Final determination:  One of them created the "virus scare" and then provided the "cure."  Solution:  contacted the credit card issuer and cancelled it; they are sending me a new one.  Hope to have the "Pending" charges not processed by my bank.  My Norton program did not stop this virus.
