Rockauto.com Sent cheap junk parts insted of what I ordered and they did not fit. Fullerton california

Ordered ACdelco lower control arms for 2005 Chevy SSR. for $481.58.  They shipped me control arms that are listed on their web site for $235.00 and claim that these are ACdelco.  One was put together backwards and could not possibly work.  After 2 days of trying to contact someone they told me the parts were out of warrenty.  I had not even installed them yet.  I had to photograph the original parts next to the part they sent to finally get something done.  Even after I sent the part numbers on these parts that are on their websight they are still claiming they are ACdelco.  Not only is that a $246.00 difference in the cost of these parts but I had to pay to ship the bad parts back and they would not ship a replacement until I had shipped.  They sent cheap Taiwan parts instead of what I ordered.  My car has been down 2 weeks now because they sent the wrong parts and now it will be another 2 weeks before I get one that will fit.  Every time I try to contact them about a refund difference they just say they can,t accept my e-mail  because the issue is closed.  There is no phone number to reach them at.  This is a very poor way to do business.
