"Free" 14 day trial far from free! even though I called to cancel I was told I needed a cancellation number AFTER I was charged for the second time. I was told they always give cancellation numbers and then was hung up on, by a supervisor, without her giving me a cancellation number. I had to call back to recieve one to make sure I wasn't charged again. My "free" trial cost me $180. I hope I learned my lesson.
