Skin Optics charged me for a free sample. Costing a big amount of 89.95. I am a disabled single mother who is also paying for college. Every penny makes a difference for me. This is such a scam! Internet

This is such a unexpected but quick scam!  This was supposed to be a for a free sample.  You get the product in the mail and then 2 days later you get charged a huge amount of almost $90.00 on whatever card you used.  Then you try to call them and no one answers and they put you are on hold for hours just listening to a piano.  I am so angry this was the first time I did this because it was supposed to be for free.  This little bit of product does nothing for you and they then steal from you!  I am a disabled mother who is trying to support her family with only disability money I get.  My daughter is in college and I was supposed to make a payment for her and now I am in trouble because I don't have the money.  Someone needs to stop this!
