1. My husband called to get both numbers on plan changed when we got married and my name changed on second line. Ever since then we have gotten a bunch of calls per day to one line for a business with a number not even close the my number. I called and told sprint of the problem. Since they are a technical support group, they should be able to problem solve. I even told them it seems like a call forwarding issue or lines crossed. They all but called me a liar and the problem was not solved.
Later we found out that the number belonged to the prev business owner and he forwarded the number so that when nobody answered the business phone, it went to the cell phone. We called again and it took multiple times of repeating ourself to the rep and a supervisor for them to understand the situation, then they said they could not do anything, they even wanted to do something to my phone at one time, rather then the phone it is originating from, even I know that wont work.
2. It took many times of me contacting sprint via email to get my account fixed and charged properly. When I ask more than one question in an email, I only get one question answered and have to ask second and subsequent questions in seperate emails.
I don't always get the same answer from different reps either. I am paying a lot of money and yes I signed a contract for service, but if I dont hold up my end I am penalized, if they dont hold up their end I am stuck. How fair is this? All I want is out of my contract due to negligence and less than acceptable service from them without any penalty.
