Stainsafe Companies ripoff they will not honor their warranty they approved full replacement still waiting Palm Beach Gardens Florida

I bought a warranty for a leather chair when I purchased it in Jan. 2001. I bought the chair and warranty in Wilmington, N.C. I later moved to Arkansas. I had some spots and staining so I called their company to make a claim on my chair.

After two months a man came out tried to fix the chair and then declared that it could not be cleaned or fixed. Stainsafe approved a full replacement of the chair at that time.

Then the problems began since I had moved from the original state that I bought the warranty in, no one would replace the chair. Stainsafe said "Not a problem, we will locate a store for you." After several months of waiting and calling them I decided to call furniture stores all over Arkansas and no one would replace the chair because they would loose money.

Then after talking several other times to stainsafe I agreed to take a reduced price for the chair. They sent me a release form and I signed and had the form notorized. After several weeks of waiting I called and asked about the check and the claim that they never recieved the form.

I have kept a record of all telephone and fax correspondance. I sent a certfied letter documenting everything I have done to get this situation resolved.
They must not rate customer satisfaction on the top of their list. They have never paid me or replace the chair. Customers be aware do not waste your money on their warranty.
