Summer Bay Resorts The latest: Mr. Baker openly lie to the Central Florida BBB in order to unduly keep the bulk of my money! Clermont Florida

I am just in receipt of a letter from the Central Florida Better Business Bureau stating : "Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you further in resolving this dispute".

This is the result of a letter dated August 5, 2009 addressed to them in which James Baker states: " The accommodations upgrade payment ($200.00) was not omitted in an attempt to deceive. It does not pertain to the package itself.

It is more or less an optional subsequent payment which is not related to the package purchase itself.

I do believe that in prior correspondence we did offer to provide a refund of that payment (accommodations upgrade only).

Mr. Dangleterre refused that offer and all other offers made by Summer Bay Resort in an attempt to resolve this issue, with the knowledge that he is outside a reasonable cancellation period and that the package conditions do not permit cancellation based on any personal, medical, financial reason, as well as acts of God."

However, contrary to Mr. Baker's false assertion, at no time did they offer me a refund which I would have gladly accepted, in line with my several letters asking for a "partial" refund. This is a lie or. to put it mildly, false pretense...

But, sadly enough, Mr. Baker sucessfully convinced the Central Florida Better Business Bureau that I was the culprit, thus leading them to drop my case which asked for cancellation and refund for documented medical reasons.

It is my sincere hope that RipOff will aggressively pursue this matter in order to achieve a satisfactory resolution of same.
