T mobile in general has given me problems for the last 8 years. They overprice their service and are highly unreliable when it comes to helping their customers. Recently my boyfriend put people on his line that were unreliable and therefore wanted to take them off. T-Mobile charged him 800$ and refused to turn his phone back on. After paying 300$ of it and still paying his monthly phone fee, they still have neglected to put back on his phone and are giving him a hard time; on the phone and in person. He then went on to form a payment plan, which was supposed to have been activated, but when he went into the store they gave him a horrible excuse and told him payment plans weren't allowed. Clearly there is a miscommunication between sales and corporate line. I have personally paid off my T-Mobile phone line, then been harassed 6 months later about a 600$ unpaid balance. It's either T-Mobile has to fix their faults or they don't deserve to be a phone company.

Clearly your ignorance surpasses you. You've managed to do what ? Find out my age and label me as a princess. No one said anything about giving him something for trying. He does have a balance, but clearly before replying you didn't read the initial statement thoroughly. Okay he owes 500, but My main issue is that even though 500 is left he is still being charged his monthly fee, but the phone is still off. THAT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE As far as my mom or I being on the bill. I paid it, but her name was the primary account holder. Thank you for your clarifying question. Verizon does allow payment plans and a working phone as long as everything is being paid monthly and a credit card is on file. Clearly you are going to try to argue down why it's acceptable for T-Mobile to still request money on a non working phone, so I'll just take my next step sir. Thank you so much for NOT giving me that reality lesson.

It is time to leave your fantasy world.

This is not meant to be rude or mean, but as a reality check that I know you won't understand now. However, a few years down the road I hope will be come quite clear. Based on how you wrote this I put your maximum age at about 21-24 years old. If you are any older I really do feel sorry for you. So to help you out your little princess attitude needs a bit of an adjustment to the real world. First off contrary to what you think I do not now or have I ever worked for T-Mobile or ANY cellular company.
However, if a person is making an effort to pay off something he has with the company. How do you justify still not allowing him to have a working phone.
- This isn't elementary school where you get a "Gold Star" for trying. The fact is that your BF had an outstanding bill of $800 and didn't even pay half. You will find that a lot of companies don't really believe in the "Well at least I am trying" when it comes to paying bills you owe.
T-Mobile cut the phone off, even though payments were still being processed.
- Yes and that payment was $500 SHORT.
As far as my dedication to T-Mobile it was only on the basis that my mom was the primary owner, so therefore, it wasn't at my authorization.
- Wait a minute, you previously stated YOU personally paid off YOUR balance. So how does your mom figure into this? Was it your account or your mom's? But regardless of who's it was, you still would have had several opportunites to go get service on your own(and pay for it on your own) with other carriers.
Verizon will always be the best.
- And you think they would have let your BF slide with a $500 past due balance?

However, if a person is making an effort to pay off something he has with the company. How do you justify still not allowing him to have a working phone. If you are going to defend something do it accurately. T-Mobile cut the phone off, even though payments were still being processed. As far as my dedication to T-Mobile it was only on the basis that my mom was the primary owner, so therefore, it wasn't at my authorization. You still work for an illegitimate company who makes money off customers inconveniences. As I recall my mother was also apart of one of your older lawsuits. Please, do us all a favor and learn to do your job. Verizon will always be the best.

Your boyfriend added people to his account that were unreliable. As a result he had to cancel their lines and per the terms that he agreed to he had to pay the fees, which accounted for $800. So why should T-Mobile be required to do anything because of your boyfriends bad decision?
By the way you stated he owed, $800, paid $300 and they had the nerve to not turn the phone back on. Well the last time I checked my math $800-$300 is still $500 that he owes.
Then we get to you being a customer of theirs for 8 years. So if they were this much of a problem why did you stick with them that long? There are dozens of other companies you could have gone to.
