I obtained delivery of products ordered on 3/31/2016.  Order was on a trial basis Cancel membership or be charged $90 on your credit card.  I had no complaint about the products received although they were expensive.

I canceled at help@thrivemarket.com on 4/22/16.  Requested no further charges to my credit card.  I also called their phone.  Membership extension rang for 10 minutes.  No answer.  I tried their other options.  Option #2 a woman answered and said to call back later.

on 4/27/16 I called again and got no response.  I sent another message to help@thrive.com requesting cancellation of membership and complaining about their non-responsiveness and lack of acknowledgement of my request.  I have had no response and believe they intend to just charge my credit card..

They appear to either be a Rip0off marketer or they just have HORRIBLE phone service and communication.  I advised them that if they don't attend to their communications system, they will likely go out of business
