tmart.com is a joke. do not buy from this site. I purchased a case for my Asus Tablet....what a piece of garbage. there was little effort put into the design of this case. I cannot access the power button. the case blocks the camera. It is nearly impossible to access the ports on the tablet with the case on.
I have been emailing back and forth with these jockers for 3 weeks now. everytime I get a different agent who asks the same stupid questions, questions which I answer in my original support ticket numerous times....questions like, is this the correct case for your tablet? what exactly is the problem? please send pictures showing the issue.
I have sent pictures 5 x. I have repeatedly confirmed the exact nature of the issue. I have repeatedly confirmed that YES this is the correct case for my make and model tablet...its the king of runarounds...
avoid this site like the plauge
