I placed an order for some tattoo supplies to try out at a cheap price, just some needles and disposable tubes and 2 machines. The order had 28 items on it and the total was 134.16. I recieved a notice that all items were on backorder and they "may be re-ordered and in back stock in 2-3 weeks". I was given the option of waiting or ordering different items. I then further probed into the company and read hundreds of negative reviews all similar circumstances. All the positive reviews of this company are done the "customer service" reps for this company. I read the positive reviews and noticed that all of them the spelling and the english composition is terrible. I work hard and am a small time tattoo artist and have to purchase all the supplies i use at the shop I work at. My money is very important and its key for me to keep my overhead as low as possible. I have a family of 6 and tattooing supplements my day job. I feel stupified that i was taken on this scam and I just want my products as ordered to be sent and delivered immediately or my money refunded immediately. I have already contacted my bank and have notified them of the fraudulent charge. what can I do?

This is the same old song and dance


I am a consumer from a previous post who was ripped off by them ( see the xtra long post with pics).You may get your items. On their time frame. They always say " do not worry " and continue a somewhat cheerful tone while not listening to your issue whatsoever. After somewhere near 100 emails back and forth, I know it is unnerving!
What I can vouge for is that I ordered around holiday time, beginning several weeks prior to Thanksgiving. Most of us as consumers automatically give or take a few days for shipping delays for holidays. But they will use this statement as a crutch to deviate away from their original issues with shipping. I got to know them pretty well around holidays; they never, ever had a shipping schedule posted. Ever. I scoured the website for loopholes as well. The average consumer can figure that there will be no mail services on Thanksgiving or Christmas, so when they are giving you this general info, it is to point the finger your way, as they will take absolutely no responsibility for any of their mess.They took 50 bucks from me for expedited 1-3 day shipping almost 2 weeks prior to Thanksgiving and my makeup palettes for resale did not arrive till much later, little by little, in 4 seperate orders. The last one arriving about a week before Christmas. My small biz orders for these palettes were being cancelled by my customers, so yes, a nightmare. Many palettes were broken. then they absolutely would not budge on refunding m the fast shipping fee, stating that products ( which they claimed on website to be in US warehouse- I made certain, as timing was of the essence) were in Hong Kong. I went thru so much stress with this company and there was nothing PayPal nor my bank could do for me .over $400 later. Excuse typos. I am not Asian, but I'm just quickly trying to get my point across.

Sorry to hear that.
I noticed that you have placed the order on 31 December, 2012. And on our website there have a notice: Our Holiday Shipping Schedule: 1) 12/25/2012 and 01/01/2013 - All shipping carriers are CLOSED, so no deliveries these two days. 2) From 01/01/2013 to 01/07/2013 - orders may be delayed to be shipped in 1-3 days. Anyway, we will manage to ship these orders soon. Apologize for the delay. Happy holidays!
So the order will be a little delay.
