Trend Times Ripped off at Christmas! Internet

I ordered and paid for an instock rc boat on 12/2/08 from Trendtimes.com. It was for my grandson for Christmas. On 12/15/08 I emailed them to see where it was because the order said 5-10 days for delivery. On 12/17/08 they responded with: "It has shipped, should be there by monday." Samantha| No tracking info at all included.

To this date of 12/25/08 it has never arrived. I emailed them everyday from 12/20 to 12/25 and have not heard from them again. They have an 800 number but it has a recording on it. I have contested the charge on my credit card to see if I can get my money back. I am very cautious with online purchases, but these clowns got me. Caution, they really look legit!
