Trend Times False advertisment and will not refund money. Wing span of helicopter on site is 2 feet but it is only 20 inches. Scottsdale Arizona

I bought a remote control helicopter from Trend Times about 2 weeks ago. I just received it a couple days ago. Im complaining because of false advertisment and they will not refund my money. On their site it stated that the wing span on the helicopter is 2 feet. After I received, the box says that it is 20 inches and after measuring it, it is only a 20 inch wingspan. Thats a 4 inch difference.

I called and asked for a refund and a guy in customer service said that "4 inches aint sh*t" and that he will not give me a refund on it. I even tried to compromise also by asking for an exchange for a helicopter that has a true 2 feet wing span. They told me that was fine.

I then set up the return for the helicopter I had and called them with the tracking number. 10 minutes later they emailed me saying I have to pay the difference. I told them no of cousre, that Im not paying the difference. Right now I dont even want the exchange, I just want my money back.

They also have the model of the helicopter false advertised. The box says that it is a whole different model from what they put on their website. Can you do that?The site that has the helicopter with the wing span at 2 feet is http://www.trendtimes.com/ho23dcopirch.html

I bought the item at the end of Janurary. 28th of Janurary I beleive. The item number on their site is Item# 05-122 and they have the model as Pro 3D Collective Pitch RC Helicopter on their site. I paid $399.99 for the item on a Visa card.
