Trend Times Ripoff Radio Controlled Hobbies Inadequate accessories, missing items and a total lack of follow-up Internet

I ordered a helicopter (item 05-105) from trendtimes.com that was supposed to include a pkg deal with a training flight simulator complete with cord and software as well as extra batteries...for what I thought was a reasonable price ($299 US).

I soon found that the reasonable price was probably because it seems this company is cutting corners because: The CD that was supposed to contain the software for the training simulator was not in the pkg. I also quickly found out that the two extra batteries were about a 1/4 inch too big for the bracket that holds the stock battery. This left me with no way to use the extra batteries!

I email'd trendtimes the next day (31 May 06) expecting to hear back from them quickly...at least a courtesy AutoReply. Well, so far it's been a week (7 June 06) and I still haven't heard from them.
