Complaint:

I ordered a remote control helicopter from this company after doing an extensive Internet search. They looked very professional, guaranteed delivery before December 22nd, and that the RC Helicopter for $99.95 would be first rate quality. I began trying to contact the company when it did not arrive by the 22nd of December as promised, I continued to try and contact them daily via email as instructed, no response. The helicopter finally arrived yesterday (too late for Christmas) and is a complete rip-off, it not only does not work, the parts do not go together. They are not returning phone calls or emails despite the message stating to email them. After searching their site more, I discovered that they specifically state that helicopters are not returnable as they are checked before shipment. I suppose they feel this will let them off the hook.

It seems they have numerous other Better Business Bureau complaints against them.

I am pretty confident with the research I have uncovered today this company is conducting scam sales of products they know to be defective and once the calls start coming in they just ignore the calls. The order telephone number I discovered is a company in Newfoundland called Telelink.

In addition to filing complaints with every agency out there, I also suggest people file a complaint with the Attorney General of Arizona as well as the Secretary of State. In Arizona a business is required to have a state license, here is Trend Times file #262828, I have notified the state that the telephone number they list is that of Telelink in Canada. They are also required to have a city license but do not, the city is looking into it.

The company is located in Maricopa County, the District Attorney's office may be interested as well as the FBI considering they are engaging in mail fraud. Do not let these creeps get away with this, I intend to put them out of business.
