Trend Times Non-Delivery Of Merchandise. rip-off! Scottsdale Arizona

I purchased an item from www.trendtimes.com on December 7, 2004. I was promised delivery within 10 days. I have not received the merchandise and all calls and e-mails go unanswered. Their phone is linked to an answering machine and messages are never returned.

I believe we should get together and file a complaint with the Arizona AG's office. I have had great success going that route in the past.

Since we expected delivery by US Mail, this can also be construed as mail fraud. The BBB isn't going to help. Criminal complaints get action. Also, they are using Yahoo.com to provide their storefront. Contact Yahoo with all complaints and they will be shut down.
