On December 11, 2005, an order was placed with Trendtimes.com for an Apache RC Helicopter for $349.99. On December 23, 2005, a Walkera Dragonfly RC Helicopter, which sells at a retail value of between $50-$100, was received. Regardless of the actual price, the merchandise that was received was most clearly not what was ordered, and not what was expected. There is absolutely no way to confuse the item ordered (Apache RC Helicopter) with the item that was received (Walkera Dragonfly RC Helicopter).

It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to an actual person regarding any matter unless trying to place an order, at which time customers are directed to a "call center" located somewhere in Canada, and are connected with individuals who seemingly have no knowledge of Trendtimes.com other than the fact that they take their calls as an order service. This "call center" is unable to even locate past orders. This company does not conduct business legitimately or honestly, and appears to have forethought intention of deceiving and ripping-off consumers.

When I sent an e-mail asking for the return Merchandise Authorization Number, which is required in order to be able to return any items, the e-mail response I received was, and I quote: "Hello, The body is made to fit that helicopter. Please enjoy it." They also will try to impose a 25% "restocking fee" and charges the consumer for Shipping and Handling Charges. They purposely sent the wrong merchandise to receive the extra 25% "restocking fee." What kind of legitimate bisuness would charge customers for a mistake that was clearly theirs.

By the way, your merchandise will come late and will arrive from hong Kong, NOT Arizona. I doubt that there is a true physical address in which to return the merchandise. If there is, I am willing to bet the "office" is in some scam artist's living room.

This business also once had an address all the way in Farmindale, NY, according to the BBB, where there were also numerous complaints. This "BUSINESS" HAS NO PERMANENT HOME and moves from address to address.

I discovered, after the fact, unfortunately, that this company has a consistent history of fraudulent business activity, including numerous unanswered complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company!!!
