Trend Times Dishonest sales product fraudulent product, selling used for new Ripoff Scottsdale Arizona

Purchased an RC car ($150) from them for Christmas 2006. The item came and upon openning we found and tested what appears to be a used broken car sold for new. The box had been opened and appeared to be used. There was no instructions included, missing parts, battery was old and used, and the car would not run.

I called them 12/26/06 to report the problem and talked to a Mr. Peters. Mr. Peters was very angry and tried to use verbal intimination to get me to give up. I asked to speak to a manager and was not allowed to. He claims that a replacement was to be sent. I tried to get a tracking number and couldn't get one. It is now 1/11/07 and the new car has yet to arrive.

I've tried contacting them by email, and phone, a number of times. Their phone system seems designed to take orders and drop calls to customer support. It looks like I'll not be able to recover my money any time soon.
