Triad Financial Corporation Loan reached maturity. Triad trying to collect hefty residual balance. Fort Worth, Texas

My loan has reached maturity and I owe a hefty residual balance.  Has anyone else experienced this situation???

And by the way, who is this Robert guy that seems to respond to everyone's posting.  He seems to have an anwser for everyone and everthing.  Maybe he can run for President and straighten the economy out.  Every comment I have found indicates from his point of view that it is the creditor's problem.  Heck, according to him Triad must be a perfect company.  If so, why are there 300+ complaints on file with this report, 200+ complaints with the BBB, 100 of them within the past year.  If I didn't know any better I would question who employes him.

I have taken Mr. Know it all's advice and sent a certified, return reciept requested letter to Triad.  I have REQUESTED, that within two weeks, I have a detailed item by item description of what the additional charges are for.  Specifically any fees and additional interest.  How specifically did they calculate and to account for every dollar of the residual balance.  For their sake, I hope they come through with the report and that it is accurate and correct.

If I decide to take farther action, is anyone interested ???????????????????????????

I plan to be relentless in by quest to have this made right.
