Triad Financial Corporation deceiving, told me to shut up, and told me to watch my back North Richland Hills Texas, chicago, Illonois

I bought a GMC suburban, and have had it since 2003, I bought it used. They gave me high interest but I accepted it cause 1st time buyer and had bad credit. Long story short. I have been downsized to 1 income for awhile and have been making payments off and on.

When you call to speak to someone they talk to you like if your the worst person there is. They dont even know how to answer phone or leave professional msg. One time I received a call from collections dept and he said on my message that " I better watch my back and to call back alright". What kind of message is this. I have new system at work and I accidentally erased.

The biggest one was, I had spoken to a Mrs. Miller on Friday 7/11/2008. She told me she could help me out and would work with me, so I can make payments still on the account before the contract would close. So she asked for Payment and I told her I would, well she gave me her direct # and ext. I made payment before 5pm that day and called her back and left her the Reference number on voice message, 2 times...She didnt return my call. But because there time is different from my time I figures she was already gone. She also informed me that if I couldnt get a hold of her to leave info on the voice mail. I did so I call on Monday no answer I called on Tues. and she said she was out. Well Monday night they repo my car.

1st of all I didnt know it was going to get repo, no info was mailed to my address and the reason I know this cause the 2nd rep from reinstatement told me they were supposed to send paperwork to me. She also said that Mrs. miller shouldnt had ever told me that. So I called Mrs. miller back and told her. How come she didnt inform me of repo and why was she so misleading. she told me she would be the one to help me out she even told me to make another payment before end of month. She said " well since it has been repo there is nothing that they can do, that I had been past due for long time".We got to a argument and she said I only heard what I wanted, I then told her that she mislead me, thinking I was taking care of my situation. Well when we were arguing ( I had a rough tone but I wasnt screaming,) she said you need to shut up but screaming at me. I told her I cant believe you just told me that. She said" well you are arguing and not listening" I then told her I had her name and number and just hung up on her.

See what I dont get is, so they call you telling you and tell you they can help you out and you do what they tell you to do and still be talked to that bad. I am going to see if any of my calls were recorded from my desk since I work for a customer service and I called either on my break or in between. And I also called from my cell. Also the girl and I forgot her name but will find, she gave me all information over the phone of how to get my truck back, and she said she was going to email or fax it over and we went to a totally different conversation, that she forgot to ask for my email or fax. Conviniant for her. I will call and get the information though.
