Triad Financial Corporation Cashing checks w/out posting payments to account-Constant calling w/rude service Huntington Beach California

I have had the pleasure of having triad as a loan company for my truck for the past 4 yrs and it has been pure HELL. My payments were on time them one day I was slaped w/a $1,500 late fee. Triad constantly calls all day every day except on sunday and has been since I've been w/them. I have even doubbled up on payments and it did notheing for my loan. I was offerd and extion in sep of 07, the paper work was faxed and approved by the manager I singed and faxed back the extion. The very next day Triad begain to call me none stop but It showed on my credit report current and in good standings in Oct. Now triad is telling me the extion did not go through (this feb 08) due to check bouncing but I have my bank statments showing the check cashed and now there telling me i'm 3 mths behind (not true) I also have a payment history since i've been w/them and there is about 5 different times they did not post the payment to my account and is shows that I have not paid but I have all the proof. Every time I try to talk to someone at Triad the stories are not the same and when I bought my truck it was $22 thousand in 04, this is 08 I now owe $17 thousand. Triad is cashing my checks but I don't know what there doing w/the money. I there is a class action lawsuit I would like to get in on it
