this company calls my house everyday... i do not owe them a cent,,, the account is in my daughters name who is 27... she is very sick and not working i have been making her car payment for about a year... we lost 1/2 of our income this past month... her payment was sapose to be due on the 27th of feb.. they changed it to the 12th with out my knowledge... i have recieved several calls...
today the collector that called would not give me her name... my caller id state. TFC.. and the number... i call it back and spoke to come person who wanted me to posst date a check... i refused... he said they would keep calling... i then ask for a supervisior... he was arguementive and loud...I am ready to sue this company for harressment as i stated before i do not owe them a thing....this is not my account...has never been...
