I orderd a free trial for $4.87 from the ultimate facial. I received the free trial on 6/18/09 with the options if after 10 days you are not satisfy, you can return the unuse portion or call to cancell. On Friday 6/19/09 my debit call was charged $78.41 . I did not even use the products or open the box. The 10 days is not even up yet. All calls to the company number proves futile, for even during normal business hours, sorry, we are not open now. I place over 60 calls and none was answered by a live person. Only the same automated voice message letting me know the company operates during normal busiess hours of 8AM to 9 PM. I want my money back. This is a scam and I intend to file a report with every consumer agency and the attorney general against this company. It is stated in their ad that customer service is available 24/7 to answer your call or questions.
