I ordered a FREE 7 day trial for this product. Your trial starts the day you order NOT the day they ship it out. I recieved my package on the 6th day and they charged me the next day $80.00 for a LITTLE facial kit. I quickly called and stated i wanted to return it i was told that it was past the time for returns even though this package hadnt even been opened.

I asked how was i suppose to try something and call to return it in less then a day span they kept saying "well we needed to hear from you sometime during that 7 day period to extend your free trial" hear from me? i didnt even get time to try it let alone call and let you guys know that i wasnt sure if i wanted to keep it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, i have never been so unhappy with a online purchase then i was with this one. the biggest scam website i have ever ordered from. it was $80.00 down the drain and a waste of a hour of my time.
