'BAILOUT' NOT ENOUGH Action to be taken,

All Bankshave been blaming consumers for the additional overdraft fees that they didnot cause by falsly informing them that the condition precedent was insufficient funds.

Without a pre-existing overdraft in the consumers' checking accounts/business accounts, it would bedifficult for the banks to assess the additional overdraft fees the consumers did not cause themselves via its creative accounting practice (delaying and paying debits from high to low). The banks have engaged in predatory practices to cause the consumer to overdraft their accounts

This problem INVOLUNTARY DISSOLUTION, AND FOR OTHER RELIEF ARISING FROM Violations of Registration, Reporting & Record keeping Statutes
Engaging in Unfair Competition
Disseminating False or Misleading Statements

Ronny, here is the bottom line...like it or not

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, February 05, 2011

Ronny G.ay Boy,

Listen up jerk off.

There are no legitimate reports regarding NSF fees. None. Period. End of story.

NSF fees are ALWAYS a result of a lazy and/or stupid person who does not keep an accurate checkbook register, and/or tries to live on the "float".

I understand this report was about "additional" NSF fees. Do you hear me? I get that.

HOWEVER, there would not be any "additional" NSF fees to worry about if there was never an initial NSF fee! Can't your little pea brain grasp that?

In 30+ years of banking, I have never once overdrafted any account, and have never paid an NSF fee. That is because I properly manage my account and keep an accurate checkbook register.

Real simple, even for a tool like you.

As far as the First Premier thing goes, it has absolutely nothing to do with this report, or the dozens of other reports you have spammed with that nonsense.

I entered into the agreement with First Premier Bank as a fully informed, consenting adult, and did it for my own reasons which are none of your business. I upheld my end completely. No problem. And, I proved to them I was right. Again, no problem.

My First Premier Bank credit card accounts were my "disposable" cards for online and phone purchases, and to bolster my credit score as I don't have anything like a car or a house financed as I own everything outright. I pay cash for all major purchases like houses, cars, etc. So your "subprime loser" comments don't fly. I could buy and sell you.

Idiot.

Steve likes calling everyone an idiot..

AUTHOR: Ronny g - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, February 05, 2011

...maybe it makes him feel like less of an idiot?

Read the report IDIOT>

The report is regarding ADDITIONAL overdraft fees which the consumers did not cause. The poster did not complain or blame anyone for the fact that any particular overdraft fee occurred. I did not argue or defend that an overdraft should not have a fee.

Why is this report so hard for you to understand? Have you not read a single thing I have posted in previous reports regarding the lawsuits against the banks for pulling these scams?

Unless only the scam pulled on you by a bank is okay, but if a bank tries to pull a scam on anyone else and the customer chooses to lodge a report here they are stupid?

At least this poster was not stupid enough to sign up with First Premier..heck I don't even think I know a dog stupid enough to do that.

Ronny, just common sense here. You mised the point!

Ronny,

Put the crack pipe down and pay attention. Use some common sense. Without the initial overdraft fee, there are no additional overdraft fees, right???

That was my point. Properly manage your account and you will never face any overdraft fees. Simple.

Even for you.

Idiot.

Let's go beyond just calling other people idiots Steve..

AUTHOR: Ronny g - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, February 04, 2011

While I do certainly agree that if someone does not overdraft an account they do not have to worry about the crooked bank's fee posting time manipulations..but let's be realistic...some people do overdraft...yes...Steve..it actually happens...and you know what??? The bank not only plans on it..but encourages it..and on top of that..encourages customers to sign up for protection in the "event" an overdraft occurs so they can profit off the mistake they totally encouraged.

Can't say I blame them from a business standpoint..but it still does not make it right, or any less of a RIP OFF.

Now calling a poster here an "idiot" is one thing..but let me quote EXACTLY what you stated..."And, the bank does not cause you to overdraft, the lazy and irresponsible customer does this."

Now comes the interesting part. Where do you see that this person complained that the bank caused them to overdraft? If you want I can quote exactly what this poster stated..."the additional overdraft fees the consumers did not cause themselves"..

So...it is CLEAR to me at least that this report is regarding the ADDITIONAL fees that the consumers DID NOT cause themselves...not the cause of an overdraft...get it Einstein?

I Guess any late fees you were charged, STEVE, by the sub prime loser credit card bank "First Premier" that you have not only one account with...but TWO... was excusable? Or did in your case the bank actually do something wrong? Just say it....answer my simple question?..did in your case the sub prime bank "First Premier" do anything wrong?

If you can answer "yes" to this..then you apparently are capable to agree on some level that a bank can certainly do something "wrong".

Now perhaps you do not consider false disclosure or fraud to collect "ADDITIONAL" fees that were tacked onto transactions that did actually have the funds "available" at the time of the transaction as "not" doing anything "wrong"..but when you pay a sub prime bank via check and were subjected to a late fee..and then went so far as to blame the post office.....??? comon dude...get real. Why would you, a sub prime VICTIM of these very same type of thieves, defend these very thieves?

By bashing others and calling them "stupid" does not correct the problem. The best way for you to "appear" intelligent...is not by bashing others who are probably much, much smarter then you in reality, but by either stating the truth..or keeping your ignorance to yourself.

If I am wrong..so be it. Someone..ANYONE....A N Y O N E!!!!...reply here and tell me I am wrong...or better yet..reply here to say Steve is right. I am waiting..........

#1 Consumer Suggestion

A real simple solution! Don't overdraft your account!

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, February 03, 2011

If you don't overdraft your account, you don't have to worry about fees, or posting order!

This is just common sense.

And, the bank does not cause you to overdraft, the lazy and irresponsible customer does this.

Keeping an accurate checkbook register is nothing more than 3rd grade math.

Stop trying to appear intelligent, because it is not working. You are obviously an idiot.
